Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Registration for RIE Jaipur 2027 is available exclusively to Entrepreneurs’ Organization (“EO”) Members in good standing and their registered Spouses or Life Partners (“SLPs”). The registration fee entitles the registrant to attend all educational sessions and to receive associated printed materials, participate in all scheduled meals, refreshments and receptions, join all official social activities, and utilize ground transportation between event venues. Air transportation, hotel accommodations, optional ancillary activities (including but not limited to MyEO experiences) and personal incidentals are expressly excluded from the registration fee and shall be arranged and borne at the sole expense of the registrant.

Full payment of the registration fee (plus any applicable taxes) is due at the time of booking, without which a registration cannot be confirmed and no seat shall be reserved. Registrants must maintain active EO membership status through the conclusion of RIE Jaipur 2027; In the event that a registrant’s EO membership lapses prior to the commencement of the event, such registrant shall not be eligible to attend RIE Jaipur 2027, and shall continue to remain bound by the cancellation, transfer and refund provisions set forth herein, without exception.

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable once paid.

The only mechanism available to recover the registration fee is through the approved transfer process described below. Under this process, EO Jaipur will refund the Original Registrant only after the New Registrant has successfully completed a new registration and full payment has been received.

Ticket transfers are permitted up to one (1) week prior to the event.

To initiate a transfer:

The Original Registrant must email info@rie2027.co.in with the New Registrant in CC, requesting the transfer.
The New Registrant must confirm acceptance via email.
The New Registrant must complete registration within 24 hours at the prevailing ticket price at the time of transfer.
The transfer shall not be deemed complete until full payment is received from the New Registrant.

Upon successful registration by the New Registrant, EO Jaipur will:

Deactivate the Original Registrant’s booking
Initiate a refund to the Original Registrant within thirty (30) days
Deduct applicable payment gateway / credit card / incidental charges from the refund amount

In case a global voucher is used:

If the voucher has not yet been redeemed, it may be used for another EO event.
If the voucher has already been redeemed in the EO system, it cannot be reused.
In such cases, the equivalent value will be refunded to the Original Registrant only after the host chapter receives the voucher payment from EO.

Failure to attend the event will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

Death in the immediate family (spouse/partner, children, parents, or siblings), or
Medical emergencies

All such requests must be supported by valid written documentation.

All exception-based refunds are subject to review and approval by EO Jaipur.

Except in the event that EO Jaipur, at its sole discretion, cancels or postpones RIE Jaipur 2027 due to governmental directives, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, no refunds shall be issued outside the provisions stated above.

Each registrant is solely responsible for securing all necessary travel arrangements, including but not limited to visas, immigration clearances and insurance. EO Jaipur may, upon request, provide letters of invitation or hotel confirmation details to assist with visa applications, but EO Jaipur shall not sponsor or otherwise liaise with any governmental authority or consulate on behalf of a registrant.

All registrants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss and other unforeseeable events.

EO Jaipur shall not be responsible for any third-party costs, including but not limited to hotel bookings, airline tickets, or other travel-related expenses.

EO Jaipur reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice; any such amendments will be posted on the RIE Jaipur 2027 website and shall take immediate effect upon posting. Registrants are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
